Delete your account
You can delete your KeyNest account at any time. Here's how, and what happens to your data.
Delete in the app (fastest)
If you can still sign in to the KeyNest app:
- Open the KeyNest app and sign in.
- Open the side menu (☰).
- Tap Delete Account (အကောင့်ဖျက်ရန်) and confirm.
What happens when you delete
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
Deleted
- Your name, email address and password
- Profile picture and device information
- Linked Google sign-in
- Your in-app notifications
- All your VPN keys stop working immediately
- Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited
Kept (without your identity)
- Topup and purchase records, needed for accounting
- Pending topups are cancelled
Delete with your email and password
Your account is deleted immediately after we check your password.
Signed up with Google?
Google accounts don't have a password here. Send us a request and our team will verify it's you and delete the account within 7 days.
